According to Michelin guidance, this restaurant is a Samsung restaurant. I can't say this is the best in Korea. Because after all, the Silla Hotel is a Samsung Group, they may lobby for one or two stars. The restaurant has a good view. The food is good and the service is good. But the whole is really less than three stars.

Very classic Korean cuisine, you can eat very, very authentic Korean cuisine here. The price of these Korean dishes is not very expensive, then we are very satisfied with the tour consumption this time.

The last time I went to Seoul in 2018, so I booked the last rice meal of the Seoul trip at Luoyan. The restaurant environment is very quiet. You can see the Nanshan Tower outside the window. I chose the slightly more expensive package and called 6 Korean wine packages. Of course, the meal is not much praise. Creative cuisine with strong Korean characteristics, let's talk about 6 Korean wines, wow ～ very sensational! Especially the small glass of liquor on the 5th, the spicy can't be imported, hahaha ～ was directly replaced with Western-style sweet wine. The store manager also apologized for the "mistake" recommendation of the wine package for a long time. In fact, I am embarrassed myself. After all, it is also considered a liquor apprentice in China. I know... so hot...

果然是米其林三星，果然不负众望，比起小餐馆，这里吃的是服务和档次，打电话去订的，还不是一次就可以订到，食物都是精心炮制的，食物摆盘很美，很精细，打破了韩国的比较传统的一锅熟状态，餐厅很安静，四周的景观不错，牛肉更是好吃得不要不要的，真心不骗人，服务介绍都很详细专业，对得起这样的价格。

口味很好，菜品有特色，摆盘精致，服务也很好。在山下还有接驳车。23楼看落日很美，夜景也不错，虽然比不上一些大城市壮观，但很有特色。

罗宴，蹭吃，就觉得真的还不错，在新罗酒店楼上，就跟国内那种高端粤菜馆一样，并不是传统的菜，而是各种牛逼食材的堆砌……味道吃不出来，但是格调是真的好
